1. hey bro thanks for doing this interview, first off tell us about your band and what's the current line up?
Dylan: We're a 5 piece deathgrind band from New York City. Matt does vocals, Eli and Max play guitar, Nestor plays bass, I play drums.
2. music wise you guys sound like guttural beatdown styled stuff so tell us more in about your sound and what bands have influenced you guys?
Dylan: We're constantly blasting the classics like devourment, dehumanized, and soils of fate. but we've been highly influenced by many bands recently such as guttural engorgement, abominable putridity, and woundeep.
Matt: Aside from those, you can't forget about the bands that for the most part got me into death metal and have been a big influence on me, such as Dying Fetus, Suffocation, Obituary, and Cryptopsy
3. you guys have so many beatdown and breakdown parts so how do you come up with them?
Dylan: Being from NY, most of us have at one point been involved in the hardcore scene and know the blandness and repetition of breakdowns in music today. So we always try to write unique breakdowns and vary between spurts, fast double bass/shredding, or slow.
4. you use mostly low gutturals and squeals so describe for us in your own words your vocals and what bands influence your vocal styles?
Matt: The bands that have mainly influenced me to use the gutterals and squeals for the most part are bands like Devourment, Discomformity and Digested Flesh. I liked how disgustingly evil those vocals sounded so I felt the need to use them haha.
5. what kind of gear do you guys use?
Dylan: I use my roland v-drums kit for all the recordings and practices but have a 6 piece gretsch birch kit for live shows. Eli uses a 6 string Ibanez. Max uses a Gimson SG with D'Addario strings. Matt uses a SM58 shure mic, and Nestor uses a 4 string Aria Pro II bass.
6. what bands have you have been into recently?
Dylan: We're all into really different shit. I have been listening to lots of foetopsy, origin, decrepit birth, guttural engorgement, and new dying fetus (so good). Nestor is into black metal and goregrind, and has been listening to belphegor, last days of humanity, retaliation, guttural engorgement, and glossectomy. Eli listens to mad hip-hop like wu-tang and dangerdoom. Max has been listening to between the buried and me, i have dreams and after the burial.
Matt: As of late, these have been the bands that have circulated in my playlists. Bulldoze, Redline, All Out War, Shattered Realm, Death Threat, Devourment, Decapitated, Digested Flesh, Cephalotripsy, Nasty, Dying Fetus, Guns Up and old Hatebreed. As you can see, i range from gutteral deathgrind to beatdown hardcore to death metal. I also occasionally listen to some hip hop.
7. how's the new york scene? any new bands from there worth mentioning?
Dylan: There always is bands from NY worth mentioning. Revenance, Dehumanized is coming back, Regain the Heart Condemned, Without Remorse, the Partisan Turbine, and if you're into hardcore you should def. check out Line of Scrimmage.

8. what kind of releases will you have in the future? how about merch?
Dylan: We just finished the writing of our EP, and hope to be getting into the studio to record soon. Merch hasn't been selling great, so we ain't gonna get more till we move what we're still sitting on.

9. are you guys in any other bands besides lacerated entrails?
Dylan: I am the only one in other bands. I'm also in a NYHC/Punk/grind band called Nervous Breakdown.

10. what are the bands future plans?
Dylan: Write more songs, record more songs, play more shows, fuck mad bitches.
Matt: Get tighter as a band, and play shows, that's really all I want to do right now.
