Interview with Chris of Immaculate Molestation

1. hey chris it's awesome to see you reformed immaculate molestation, so first off what happened to the band and what's the current line up?
well after we played the milwaukee metal fest 03....a bunch of internal and finacial problems persisted..and it just wasnt fun anymore for us so we killed it...well the current line is me on vocals /dave frazier on vocals/dave herzog on bass/walter hyden on guitar/our spot for a drummer is still up in the air..we just want to find the right one..but we will have the spot filled soon...

2. i have your old demo and it has tons of slams and breakdowns but they were pretty diverse so are you going with the same style of the demo? describe your sound for us.
well with the new stuff it will be taken to new level still lots of grinding guttural slammin sickness still...but with the addition of walt hyden on guitar i have a feeling our new shit will be more technical and chaotic...along with the patented i.m. grooves and breakdown slam riffs..so in turn it will be much better than what you here on the demo.its been a few years so its time the i.m. has grown up alittle..

3. i guess you and dave do the vocals which are gutturals and gurgles so describe your vocals and what bands influence your vocals?
well we both do gutturals and gurgles and highs...uh between me and him you will here about 8 different ranges on the cd...hhhmm..describe my vocals..well i do some cricket shit some inhale sewage shit...straight up guttural lows....predator type vox...and some pig snorts..etc..if you all are familar with the terms..then you know what i am trying to say here...well alot of bands influence me...lately its been /revenance from new york..and /waking the cadaver from new jersey...mostly devourment...old carcass and cannibal corpse suffocation..etc

4. who comes up with all those slams and breakdowns Band what do you care the most about when creating them?
we all contribute to the process of creating them ,we just dont want them to be in the song just to be there ...we want them to flow and have a purpose, we just want people to get that good ole violent emotion out of em..and start killing shit in the pit or out

5. what bands do you draw inspiration from and evolve their sound to create your own style?
well lots of bands...devourment..necrophagist,suffocation deicide..and many others

6. what releases are you going to have? will the cd that was going to be released through macabre mementos records finally see the light of day soon?
well we have the demo carnal blood orgy of the lesbian nuns..and hopefully soon the full length cd which will be released thru macabre memento records..the title of it is still up in the air..and we will be using toshi egawa's original artwork for it..which is the sickest shit i have ever seen

7. recently you formed inhuman lust so do you guys have any other bands besides immaculate molestation?
inhuman lust is on hold for now...nope we all are concentrating on immacualte molestation at the moment

8. tell us about ohio's scene, any new bands worth mentioning?
well ohios scene has always been pretty good really if your a band the scene is what you make it...got ot promo the hell out of shows and always bring out some bigger bands to play wiht...well the newest bands i know of is heinous killings and corpulate which both are super brutal

9. what bands have you been into recently?
me i have been listening to alot of old d.r.i and m.o.d and revenance waking the cadaver, circle of dead children, criminal element...the new pyrexia crushes... syphilic, heinous killings, and all the staples of course

10. ok one final question, what are the bands plans for the future?
to play lots of shows and fests and to finally get out this damn cd..and to keep writing the sickest death grind on the planet

ok thanks for the interview dude any last words you'd like to add?
